SCORING SLEEVES
Valley Grinding's hardened sleeves for manufacturing are made with 52100 high-carbon tool steel and rate 63-65 on the Rockwell scale to provide maximum durability. Overall finish of 2Ra or better is available.
We manufacture, heat-treat and harden all in the USA for quick turnaround times in six weeks or less. To ensure the highest quality product, all our scoring sleeves go through a 24-point Rockwell hardness inspection process.
SCORING SLEEVES GRINDING SERVICES
Extend the life of your hardened sleeves with our grinding services. We can optimize your slitter sleeves a number of times before it needs to be replaced. We can sharpen scoring sleeves individually or on the shaft. Just send us the entire shaft and we will disassemble, sharpen the sleeves and reassemble before shipping back to you.
Scoring Sleeves
Slitter sleeves are available for Dusenbery and other major OEM machines, with or without a keyway and a range of sizes to choose from. We also offer grooved razor sleeves, or crush cut sleeves.
We keep inventory of a range of slitter sleeves, and also offer custom sizes with OD measurements up to18" and any length up to 18".
