Scoring Sleeves

Hardened sleeves from Valley Grinding are made from 52100 high-carbon tool steel, rated 63–65 on the Rockwell scale for maximum durability and finished to 2Ra or better. Manufactured, heat-treated and hardened in America, every sleeve undergoes a 24-point Rockwell inspection to ensure quality and can be delivered with quick turnaround times of six weeks or less.

We keep inventory of a range of slitter sleeves and offer custom sizes with OD measurements up to 18″ and any length up to 18″.
